Christine Huddleston scoops five awards at Olympia!

“A keen supporter of local farmers and farmers' markets, Christine Huddleston launched her own range of fruit chutneys and preserves just four years ago. Locally produced fruit, vegetables and herbs - often organic - are used wherever possible in her own specially developed recipes.

Based in a picturesque village in the heart of Buckinghamshire, she makes her wonderful whole fruit conserves, jams, marmalades and chutneys from carefully selected ingredients to ensure consistent quality and a high fruit content. All carefully prepared by hand, the preserves are cooked in open stainless steel pans to retain the fresh flavours of the ingredients.

We particularly enjoyed some of the more unusual taste combinations, such as the Five Fruits with Nuts & Vanilla Brandy Luxury Conserve and the Lemon & Ginger Marmalade with Green Ginger Wine. For a real treat or as an interesting gift for a food lover, try one of the two Cheese and Chutney Gift Boxes - a selection of two chutneys with either a hard or soft ewe's milk cheese.”
